i have had success with jl amps,,they are pricey,,,,what do some of u suggest for the pickup and most likley 2 10"jl woofers, trying to keep cost down, also i dont know alot about all the different brands, any suggestions and reasons would be helpfull

you can get an alpine MRD-m605 for less than 300 it'll do 600 at 2ohms
i ran one as my first amp for about 2 years. worked great, cool lcd readout

thats probably about as cheap as you will find and still get quality, i am running the d2400 right now and i have no complaints
