components and sub amp

I am a noob with this stuff so pardon me if this is a stupid question. Can I run 5.25" components and a 12" sub in a Thundeform box off a 4 channel amp? If so how is it hooked up? I have 5x7 Kenwwods that will move to the rear door with deck power. head unit is a Pioneer DEH-P5000UB. Just starting to put this together now. Also how much power will I need. Components are TMA's

depends on the power handling of the speakers and sub, but yes you can. you will wire the front channels as usual to the speakers, then bridge the rear channels to the sub.
hope you have a 2 ohm sub

what sub/speakers do you have?

The sub will be an MTX Thunder4500 as that is what is in the box. I will upgrade it later on, but for now that what it is. Is two amps the better way to go? What amount of power should I run?

Does Exile make a decent amp. I am looking at the X600.4. The price seems very good at just under $250. This amp would hook up to the above setup. Here are the specs from their website.
http://www.exilecaraudio.com/2007/pr.../?model=x600.4

- Recommended load: 2 ohm stereo or 4 ohm mono
- Class A/B high circuit design
- 18dB HP/LP/BP crossovers
- 4 gauge power and ground connectors
- Front/Rear input select
- Fuse size: 25A x 2
- 75W x 4 @ 4 ohm (stereo)
- 300W x 2 @ 4 ohm (bridged)
- 16.25"L x 11.125"W x 2.625"H
