LOC Question

OK, im putting a line out converter in my friends car
i tapped the positve and negative, left and right wires, into speaker outputs in the back of the head unit according to the color codes
i got the power and remote turn on wires hooked up to the amp
however, there are still two brown wires coming out of the LOC that im not sure where to put
the problem:
the amp turns on, but the sub isnt getting a signal.

do the two brown wires need to go somewhere?
could the amp not be sending power because the amp ground is not fully grounded?
-Thanks

If the amp turnes on then its working , sounds like its not recieving a signal , can you look up a owners manual online at the manufacture to see were the 2 brown wires go.
