Lookin for a new amp

Ok. Earlier this week i picked up an Orion H2 subwoofer (2006 version)
First off, i have to say that this thing absolutely pounds. Right now, im only running it on 400 watts and it still hits louder than my old Type R on 600 watts

but, i know im not even close to using the sub to its full potential, so im looking for an amp than can push 1200-1600 watts at 1Ohm (or 4 Ohms)
also, i know ths is cheap, but if its gonna cost more than $315 dollars, im just gonna get the Orion 2400 (unless, for example if it costs $350 and runs 1500 watts)

Ive been looking at the Power Acoustik Gothic series and the Alpine M2000, but im open to suggestions

It all depends on how a company reconditions their products . When you send in an amp to Mtx for repair , they charge everyone the same flat rate . Because they put a brand new board in the amp , test it to CEA standards and supply the test sheet . It's just like getting a brand new amp back . When MTX Reconditions an amp , They not only put a new board in , but new heatsinks , badge , terminal screws , test to CEA standards , supply the test sheet , seal it in plastic and put it in a brand new box . . You are getting a brand new amp . And I buy all my reconditioned MTX from an actual store , that is an MTX elite authorized dealer . I am currently running 3 Reconditioned MTX amps in my SQ competition 2001 Screw . I've been beating on them for 2 years , and NO problems . I would buy an MTX amp not working before I would ever buy anything Power Acoustik .

alright, well that sounds ok, but if the amp can't run more than 1200 watts at 1 ohm, its not gonna help me.
