How many amps needed?
One amp, this one:

You need lots of money and be prepared to upgrade your electrical system to handle this much power.

Either way, that is going to be sick!
That would then require 2 amps because that amp is 1000 @ 1 ohm mono. Not 1000 at 2 ohms mono. If you wanted to run with those ZX1000.1 then it would be approx 250RMS @ 4 ohms. Each 4 ohm vc requires 500. You would under power them dramatically and it would be a waste of money. Plus in order to get the most power the amp would clip and destroy the sub. BAD AMP CHOICE!!!

Sundown 3kd, and some NSB batts or check out dc audio and their new comp batts. Be prepared to throw down some money. Saw an install where a guy had a 20.1 and two batts in a tool box ; something to think about with the size of some of this equipment. Should be an interesting what ever you decide to do.
Pair of MTX 7500 12" woofers, four 6x9 door speakers runs perfect with this setup

2 Rockford 1000.1bd amps ftw.
Probablly one of only 2 rockford amps/subs/speakers i would ever own, the other being the 3sixty.2. Those badboys put out about 1200watts rms at 1 ohm.
