Suggestions Wanted

I'm needing to pick up a reliable amp that won't break the bank but will give my sub a good pounding. Best bang for the buck so to speak.

It will be pushing a JL Audio 10W3-D2 300 Watt rms 2 ohm.

Thanks.

I'm a cheap-o

I am looking at getting a couple of cheap amps that seem to have good ratings: they are Power Accustics I don't need the expensive stuff.
Here is a link to one of them... http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...k+PS2-800.html

How about a used JL 250/1? You can find them all day long on ebay.

I've been looking at some of those 250/1's. They're going to borderline my amp budget even on ebay. I know I'm cheaping out but it's either cheap out a little or don't do it at all.

Kinda wondered if a better quality 250 would be better than a larger lower quality amp Not to mention they're cheaper than the better quality 250.

Planning on a 500/5 later on, but I'm not going to jump into that till I'm in a position to replace the factory speakers.

This one sounds about right.

Has really good reviews

Hope it's as good as it's reviews. Picked up a JBL CS300.1 for $51 on ebay tonight.
