Question Amp Mounting? Please help

Ok, so i've got an 05' Supercab and i just got my system installed 2 days ago. I had to buy a custom enclosure online so that the subs would fit under the seat and there is absolutely NO room left under the seat to mount the amp. The dude who installed everything for me said that there was no place to mount the amp besides on the little middle hump on the floor in the backseat, and it's just really inconvenient because it's been stepped on and has already taken some abuse. Did anybody else have this problem?

depending on the depth or thickness of the amp, you can take the back seat off the wall and should have room there. Do some research for instructions on how to take it off, and to see if you will have room. If not you can always put it under one of the front seats. If its a smaller length x width amp you can stick it inside the dash

Likewise, if you have a toolbox in your bed, you could mount the amp in there, or if you have a tonneau cover or cap, you can just mount it to a piece of wood in the bed somewhere (Assuming the cover or cap is lockable).

Mount the amp inside your dash, behind the head unit. There is a ton of room in there if your amp is not too big.

He's talking subwoofer amp. I don't know many amps that would fit in the dash secured. I got my headunit brain box back there and it's a PITA sometimes.

I would just mount the amp on the back wall. I don't much care for under the seats since the floor heat exits there and that's not good on the amps.

Behind the rear seat. This amp is about 16" x 2.5" x 10".
