So I currently have an alpine f250 4 channel and I'm currently waiting on my MRD M605 to come in. So I will have 2 amps under the back seat of my 04 extended cab. I took the jack out and I'm looking to build a custom amp rack underneath my seat. Has anyone done this? I saw one where a guy put 2 soundstream amps in a custom rack that he fabbed up himself. I'm trying to think of the best looking and functioning way to do this. Chances are that it is going to be built out of wood beings I have no metal working tools.

 

How much space do you have? Is the box going to take up the drivers side back and top of the driveshaft hump, leaving only under the passengers part for the amps?

They will have to be stacked on top on each other wont they....?
