Lightbulb Amps on overhead rail?

Anyone ever tried something like this? or even thought about something like this? It would look pretty sweet to me with the amps mounted on the overhead rail in a super crew

I've seen this on a truck (can't remember where)...it looked pretty trick. I just don't like the amps hanging upside down....not good for them when the start to get warm.

Not to mention the high visibility theft factor.

I see you got stereo integritys mags. Great sub. congrats

Also, could you post up the dimensions of your box for the dual 12 inch mags? looks like what i want my set up to be.

Before I sold My 97 Jeep Cherokee I had two amps mounted to the roof, attached to strapping that I tack welded to the roof supports. I did this because my truck had a six point cage, bedliner for a floor and was ALWAYS in the water/mud (ran 10" lift with 37's) however I digress...the setup was sweet, different and ran with zero problems for the two years I had it. If you could get away with it I would think it would look great however, it much more of a pain in the a$$ than just running behind the seat etc.
