firewall grommet

firewall grommet

can any one tell if & where precisely if there is a grommet on passenger side
of firewall on f150 06.

Remove your battery. There's one right next to where the
battery is. It's big enough for a couple of 4AWG wires.

You'll need to manuever the wires down sideways in the passenger compartment because the fan housing is directly behind it.

im trying the same thing. the 2 penetrations in the firewall behind the battery are very tight. do i need to take off the gromet or cut it?.....i cant push the wire through it.
