Amp Hook up questions

Im trying to install 2 amps in my truck (04 lariat), i was told i needed an rca converter so i bought one, now here are my questions...

this converter has 4 inputs ( which im guessing is the 4 door speakers) and 2 rca outputs..

im installing some aftermarket speakers (one amp for them), and adding 2 subs (this is where the other amp comes in)

will this converter allow me to hook up both amps toghether or do i need another one?

im totally confused about this, im trying to read up as much as i could on here before attempting to install myself. i beleive my amps have rca outputs that i can link them to each other, but im not sure.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Depending on what amps you have, using one amps preouts to the other amps inputs would be an easy solution. Either that or you would have to use splitters on the rca outs of the LOC. They also make 4 channel LOC's or go really sophisticated and get the JL Audio Cleansweep.
