If you want some cheap power go with the audiobahn amp, they're a little overrated but never had a problem with mine, I would on the other hand never buy their subs.

Way to jump on the bandwagon Jakazz. Thier subs aren't worth much, but they make some decent amps. Not like youd have any idea anyway with your obviously well thought out observation, that i'm sure you heard from someone else and decided all the cool kids were doing it.

Ah, nope. Not jumping on any bandwagon! Ah Audiobahn = more bling than sound quaility! And this is from experience of others in the car audio businesses and from what I've listened to! Unless they have changed in the past year, I'll stick to my opinion!

ah ok, cool guy, ah, HAHA LOLZ YOU TOLTALLY ROCZORZ. why don't you look up the S/N ratio and the THD%, which don't suck. Ah, FYI the box you put your subs in matters a hell of a lot more then what amps powering it (as long as you're not an idiot, which i have little faith in you). Ah, look at the birthsheets. Sounds like you're bashing their amps with no personal experiance

I dont really like any of their stuff.... My two JL 8's, Kill my buddy's 2 Audiobahn 12's. As far as I'm concerned, the way to go is Boston Acoustics, Alpine, Precision Power, or JL audio. Which are all of the components in my system.

So ofcourse those are the best compays right? (Jl, Boston Acoustics, PPI, and Alpine) Naw im kidding, they are nice mainstream companys though. If you run a-bahn subs, i dont see whats wrong with one of their amps, i dont see any harm in sending a clipped signal to a polished turd. However, i have to give props for some of the polished turds in some db drag set ups. But there are plenty of better budget amps around.

Wasn't talking about their subs. But they aren't worthwhile unless you don't care they sound like ****(can get decently loud if you buy a few) or you get the immortal series. Amps only give off clipped signals if you don't know how to set the gains properly.

I can sell you a $200 paper weight then with S/N ration 135db and THD of .0005%, oh we forgot to mention that is @ 20watts, 2Khz only. Yes the box does matter, but when the amp can't control the extension of the speaker @ volume, then that sub is still going to sound like crap.

I know a few people that buy 200 dollar amps that only put out 3watts. I don't see your point.... Of course those are tube amps. And the sub doesn't control the "extension" of the speaker, that would actually be up to the subs suspension and the size of the box... FYI
