input to fosgate amp from stock amp
i have removed the stock sub box w/ amp,and want to hook up a 700s fosgate amp. and i cant find the remote power and speaker inputs on the stock amp harnass.
my amp has hi input connection so i wont need a line level converter.
does anybody know the color codes
its a 2004 larait supercrew.w/audiophile system
im adding w6 jl audio 10 in. woofers 23 hertz and 700s amp-fosgate

Not sure what wire is what going into the amp-but check out www.installdr.com . Someone posted it a while back and its a pretty good site. It has a wiring diagram so you can see what wires coming out of the HU are the speaker ones.
Also, I would suggest getting yourself a LOC. The speaker level inputs (hi-level) dont seem to work as good, nor sound as good as a low level input. A converter only cost 10-15 bucks too.
Make sure its an adjustable one-that way tou can fine tuning the amount of music that goes to the speakers and amp.
