Amp Install

Bought this amp from a friend for half of what it cost him. It was really too big but I was determined to get it in ! What do you think ?

What about trying to fit it under one of the front seats, in the console, or behind the back bench against the wall? I guess if you don't hvae people in the back too often it would be fine there.
