Well, first he should confirm the pump is charging the lines KOEO.

Mustafo55, -with your window down or door open, turn the key to the run position and listen for the pump to charge the lines.

If you hear nothing or close to it, leave the key in the run position, crawl under the tank and smack the bottom dead center one time and listen for the pump to activate.

If it activates after nailing it and then charges the lines, -the pump is bad. That's a quicker way to determine.

NOTE: You should always hear the pump charge the lines once keyed off and to run again. If you continue to hear nothing, the pump is totally shot and not functioning. You should always start with a fresh fuel filter before troubleshooting further as it may be a cheap fix.

Remove the bed and you don't have to drain the fuel.

If you have to drop the tank, remove the fuel at the rear vent valve on the tank.

Ok update on the issue. I relesed the pressure on the fuel system through the valve and the truck started right up. When i released the pressure there wasnt alot of gas spray. Seems it could be a vapor lock issue. Any ideas?

Yep, that's exactly how that plays out. Doesn't seem like there's much out all, but it's enough to keep it from starting. Air, vapor whatever you want to call it, both are trapped gases.

Just air and evaporation. Fuel at the injectors evaporates quickly when ever you open the line.
