Hi all, I communicate with you to find out if anyone knows a way to contact people DCCONTROL. 2 months ago requesting a FK85P and 1.5 KS Filter, and so far I have not receive even a reply about when I dispatched. I'm confused because, I have the Efan for 7 weeks, and I just need to install this driver and I have not been able to do because I do not get response from them. I appreciate if anyone knows any more effective way to get in touch with them. Thank you.

 

E-Mail is about the ONLY way to talk to Brian. You will have no idea when the controller will come until it shows up. 2 months is not unusual wait for these controllers, he is the only one that builds them I believe. Sorry it's not a positive answer for you, but, that's the way he does business. In fact, usually if you want to get your money back, you sometimes have to file a dispute with PayPal. That being said, just keep E-Mailing him, I have had good luck that way..might take a day or two though

Regarding the PayPal transaction # 9EL395120G089671U (FAN CONTROL FK-85P), they have told us that there were a problem during the transaction, I mean, the funds were collected from our Paypal account but the interface identification process did not go through with the payment to your account.
