Question 3rd brake light on Oxford White(smoked, clear, or paint stock)?

I have a oxford white truck and Im looking at a new 3rd brake light I dont know which way to go so if you have this color pictures would be appreciated.
1) All clear would look good to me b/c I think it would blend in nicely
2) Smoked would look good and I have the the hd tail lights
3) My brother works at a body shop and they can paint/smoke my factory one for free
4) Just leave the darn thing alone.

Which would you pick
??????????????????????

On a white truck go clear or leave it alone. If you black it out it just looks like a dark spot on the back of your cab. I went thru the same thing a while back and ended up going back to the OEM light.

since you have the HD tails, try to trade them for some clears and go clear on all 3

Well I painted my rear window surround black, so I'm going to put a Lightning-model 3rd brake light (also black) on there to match. Of course, my 10th gen is different from your 11th gen

If you ask me, i would have taken the chrome peice out, and painted all the chrome bars white and left only the reflected areas chrome and left the red peice in.
Then on the outer edges of the clear cap i would have done them in PTM white as well.
If you wanted to keep the smooth chrome and white theme and ditch the red peice please get one Red LED bulb for the middle. When off it will be clear and clean and when on it will glow bright red back there!

On mine i went a different route.
My OE Tails are smoked. Paint smoked not nightshades, with quality clear over them and LED bulbs inside. So i finally found an LED third brake that was all red, with only the cab lights chrome so it matches the red tails with the reverse chrome, and i had all the red on that one smoked and cleared too. I love the result, but had my truck been silver or white, i would have done the PTM as stated above
