Have a 07 xlt with the bench seat w/ fold down arm rest. While looking around while getting service done I saw a few w/ a center console between the seats, but did not go to the dash like the fx4. Is this a real option for those of us with the split bench?

If I could find a gray one could I unbolt my center seat and drop in the factory console? Anyone tried this?

 

I did that. I got an XLT center console off ebay while they were cheap and replaced the center jumpseat. Direct bolt in replacement. Piece of cake.

I tried "07 f150 cneter console", "xlt center console".

I just got 1 and it had the shifter.

I must suck at the internet!

 

Yeah, I found using f150 console only in the search got me all available results and I can weed them out from there instead of letting them do it. Here's another one.

i see those all the time online., but ive never actually noticed an f150 on the lot with that console in it. its either center shifter or the jump seat. Hmm.

on my 04 XL,the center flip down console opened up,I just got an 07 XL last Thursday,and that center console doesn't open..how dumb is that?I really got spoiled by that console.Also,the cuphoders are much different!!

 

My 06 xl didn't even have cup holders on the center seat, probably cause i have the 4.2L. I installed a console out of the last generation super duty, its smaller and had more room for my 5 speed.

You'd have to but all the parts included individually in the blow up. Quite expensive if you ask me.
