My 2022 XLT has the same leather wrapped wheel with the same controls as a 2022 Lariat. Does Ford produce these steering wheels specific for the Lariat and XLT, or is it the same wheel internally for both? i.e. does the XLT actually have the heating element built into it, but it's missing the control switch on the climate control bezel?

 

I just checked and two different part numbers for the leather wrapped steering wheels. One heated and one non-heated.
