2019 5.0 Potential Oil Burn - Engine Replace? Value?

Ok boys, long time lurker, here is what I am up against. I have a 2019 with the 5.0. I just turned 60k on it. I have noticed what I thought was valve chatter sometimes on cold mornings upon acceleration, which would eventually go away. Before my most recent oil change, it was every day. Wouldnt go away even if the engine was warmed up. I am realizing that there are several out there with 5.0s who have had to have them replaced to the tune of $10k due to the oil consumption issue. After I got my oil changed, the issue went away. No noise. If it happens again, I will assume it's the oil consumption issue and likely move forward with the test. However, I am out of warranty and have long considered moving on to an Expedition to accomodate the family and tow the boat. If I end up having an engine swapped out, how does that affect resale or trade in value? As of right now, the truck looks good on paper...

If you are planning on upgrading, I'd leave it alone and let it be someone else's problem.
