Battery is good. Installed a new starter, changed starter relay checked all ground connections.

Put the key in the ignition all lights come on as they should try to start it and get a click nothing more? if someone has any input, it would be appreciated.

Have you checked all of the fuses and relays?

The Ignition switch On, powers up the Computer and the Dash.
When put into "start position', the switch closes an electrical path through the Tran position switch in Neutral and or Park.
This powers the Start Relay as likely the clunk you hear.
This relay closes the 'heavy' power circuit from Battery to the Starter. That may be the Clunk as well.
The Starter throws out a small gear to engage the Flywheel and turn the engine over.
Your failure is just after the part of the action that makes the clunk sound.
Think it through from that point.
Good luck.

I have the same issue except mine don't clunk and is intermittent. Dash lights comes on and that's it. Any suggestions.

Any diagnostics done?
There can be multiple failure areas.
Yours is just in a different area of the same start signal progression.
