Power Seat **** Removal

I have a 2019 F150 with power seats. Can anyone tell me how to remove the adjuster ***** so I can get the trim off?

I'm guessing you just pull them off? Look for a video on recovering the seats.

I recall they just pop off.

Don't use a screwdriver. Use a plastic pry tool. HF has them for cheap.
