Another weird issue CEL P1450 code

After 4 and a half years of trouble free, beautiful driving, my 2015 F150 5.0 has had a rough couple months. I had to have the rear diff completely rebuilt because of a failed bearing, and just the other day I got a CEL. Ran the code and got a P1450.

Now the internet is LITTERED with results about this being either the capless gas cap (still a ridiculous idea) or the Canister purge valve (I guess on top of the fuel tank?)...

I have the ExtraCare Ford Extended warranty but before I bring this in, I wanted to ask if anyone has had similar issues and if the hivemind things I will have any issues getting this covered under warranty... Thanks in advance.

BTW, it's running fine, no issues, should I be worried before I bring it in?

How many miles? Probably still under the Federal emissions warranty.

I'd like to think this would be covered under my extracare, which is good for 150k/7 years

You'd have to check the text of your contract, but my comment was specific to the emissions warranty.
