2018 F-150 XL Tow Hooks install
Yes, cut a hole for the tow hooks or purchase a new plastic air dam for a 2018 F-150 4x4
YOU MUST REMOVE the FRONT BUMPER on the 2018-19 F-150 to get to the bolts/nuts of the OEM tow hooks.
There is a good You-Tube video from an aftermarket Bumper Company that shows how to remove the front bumper on a 2018 F-150
The entire front bumper comes off with all the black plastic air dam still attached, just unplug the fog lights if you have them.
It wasn't that hard to do; you'll need a helper to reinstall the bumper though.
