Can anyone tell me if this keyless entry pad can be DIY programmed on a 2018 F150XL or does it have to be programmed by the dealership ?

As per notes on Amazon, one user indicated that it is compatible with a 2018 F150XL but it must be programmed by the dealership (not able to do a DIY program)
