Humming noise from front end in 2 WD

Humming noise from front end in 2 WD
I ran my 4 wheel drive for the first time the other day in the snow we got here. I turned it off last nigt and now have a humming/growling noise coming from front end of truck. If i reengage the 4 wheel drive it disapeers.. Any idea.. This is a 2018 f150 Stx with 2500 miles on it.....

Is there any snow and ice packed behind the front wheels? Sounds like your IWE's are not completely disengaging. If it's clean, take it to the dealer.

Everything up here right now is a ball of ice,sleet and snow.. I will take it to a hand car wash today and blast out whatever is in there to find out...
