newbie with questions

Hello,
As a new Ford owner I have a couple of questions perhaps someone here can help me with. I just bought a 2015 Platinum and are pretty impressed so far. One thing that's bugging me is a series of red lights on the dash located between the windshield and the gauge cluster. They come on briefly after starting the truck then go out. I've checked the owner's manual but couldn't find any info on it. To me it looks like it could be some kind of warning light but for what? My other question is how can I find out what options the truck came with from the factory? Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.
Dan

It is a collision warning indicator light. In my 2018 F-150 Platinum FX4 if the Adaptive Cruise Control is set and someone pull out in front of me from a drive or a across-road, The Red light bar will flash and the system will automatically apply the brakes.
