Suggestions on leveling kit

Hey guys, just wondering what everyones opinion on what the best levelling kit is? Is it worth getting adjustable shocks or do the spacers work just fine? If you have a pic of your levelled truck then throw it up as well! TIA

I went with the Rancho quicklifts. My review thread with pictures is here https://www.f150online.com/forums/20...installed.html

I'll be doing a rear block removal in the next week or so to level the rear ~1.5" closer to the height of the front.

I don't offroad and I live in a city so parking garage minimum height can be an issue. Lowering the rear was the best option for me and for the cost of 4 new u-bolts and nuts ($40) it was more cost effective as well.

And for anyone who is about to say "whaaaat! your lowering a truck..." it's my truck not yours
