Thanks Joe. I have definitely kept all of my paperwork, but neither of those options sound surefire to me. The lemon law would be the best option but in MD the criteria I fall under currently is vague. If something else unrelated goes wrong with my truck, then I have a good lemon law case. For now I guess I'm living with it and will be counting down the days to getting rid of it. I have yet to mention the name of the dealer in hopes they'd make good on this, but since they have not I am formally warning any people in my area to stay away from Al Packer Ford.

Any chance you can go to a different dealer and get a second opinion? I wouldn't set an appointment, or discuss previous adventures in the truck, just ask if you can do a service advisor ride along for a possible issue.

If you set an appointment or discuss previous work it may bias the second shop's opinion

I thought about that, but I figured they would have seen the history of the truck in their system and would brush me off just the same (I understand not making an appointment may guard against that). These dealers seem to be so busy in my area I doubt I could ever just drop in and be able to have somebody go for a ride. But it's still an option I can consider, thank you.
