Warning never buy any new design or re design from any manufacturer until the second or third year of production

Oh I know this, and Im a tight wad, so I was just joking. I do believe this will be a nice combo, and likely a substantial upgrade over the current power plant.

Probably no surprise to anybody here that I've not had much of anything good to say about the current EcoBust engines. I'm not a fan. But this engine will change all that. This cures the ills with the direct injected engines by having a dual fuel system. While a clean sheet design, there's not much in this engine that Ford doesn't have a lot of experience with. This should be a clean introduction and most likely, by this time next year, there will be one in my driveway. This will put the real value in owning an F150. Yeah, I believe in this one.
