Hi all. I have a 2015 f150 I ordered in July. I have only put 6000 km on so far... and a couple months ago I noticed a draft on my door like it wasnt shut properly. I took it in for its 6 month service and told them about it.. They adjusted it every which way but they cant get it to seal the right way. The only way for it to seal is to suck the door in but then it doesnt line up with the body and is sunk in. Anybody else have this problem? Im wondering if the Aluminum body is starting to distort or something?

 

I have heard some complaints about door rattling and a problem with the weather stripping but I do not have that issue with mine. I did have the noisy sunroof problem.

Something about these aluminum bodies is causing issues like these I think. Don't know if it is the way it reacts to temp changes or something else.

 

Yea thats what I am thinking to.... They sent in pics to ford I guess... just waiting to hear back.
