2015 F150 Vent Visors

Has anyone installed the AVS or Weather Tech In-Channel vent visors on 2015 F150 Super Crew? Do you like them better than the exterior stick-on ones? I like the looks of the in-channels, just hear too many negative comments. The exterior don't seem to align properly around the door pillars.

Post Vent visors

I am currently on my second set of in channel AVS vent visors. The first set did not stick inside the channel very well so the dealer replaced them. The current set is doing the same thing the first did, not sticking either (they did last longer). One big problem is when you crack your window and let you truck set all day with out pressure against the vent visor, once you try to roll the window up it hits the visor and rolls back down.

I am fixing to go with Weather Tech, hopefully they will work better. I dont like the looks of the ones outside the channel.

I've never found the in-channel to be worth the potential headaches. It's 3M adhesive, so if you ever remove the normal stick on one, the paint should still be fine after a little goo-gone

I have had my AVS for about 5 months now and no issues. The initial auto roll-up did hit the visors and went back down, but i just held the button to roll up and it seemed to kind of seal the tape better on the inside. After that, no auto roll-up issues since.

I have the weathertechs on mine and they rub a little bit but in the install manual it said to leave windows closed for 12hrs straight, which I did, but they still rub a little bit not enough to mess with auto roll-up. The rub is real minimum so I figured it'll get better as time goes by. I also have their stone and bug guard on the hood and it looks great!
