Purchase price help with new f150 supercrew
Hey guys I just wanted to reach out to get some advice from some of you that have bought newer f150s. I have found 2 trucks I'm considering both are around the same listed internet price. One is a 2014 f150 xl supercrew 4x4 with the 3.5l ecoboost listed right at 33k. The other is a 2015 xl supercrew 4x4 sport package with the 5.0 listed at 33k. Both are well optioned despite being lower level trims(pw, pl, tow package, cruise, etc). Both seem like good deals for the amount of truck youre getting. I've got a baby coming in a few weeks and want to get the best deal I can. You think I can get either of these any lower than the internet price? Or maybe just some numbers I should aim for given dealer invoice? Any help would be appreciated! BTW both are listed as new so no miles.
I went here.
http://www.kbb.com/ford/f150-supercr...intent=buy-new
And found that the price I negotiated after about a month of work and 10 dealers was the price I found at this KBB site. An interesting thing is that when you look at the avg price people pay per month, it drops dramatically near the last couple of months in the year.
I got the Low end price on the bell curve. Interestingly, at mid year some people will pay 5-6k more. That must mean that the dealer makes a heck of a profit on the vehicle I'd imagine.

Okay so to help
the 2014:
msrp: $40555
-750.00 for ecoboost discount
-6864.00 dealer savings
--------------------------------------
$32951.00 internet price
The 2015:
Msrp:$41565
-$4580 dealer discount
-$1500 bonus customer cash
-$1000 retail bonus customer cash
-$500 retail customer cash
-$750 "holiday" bonus customer cash
------------------------------------------
$ 33235.00 internet price
I haven't seen the dealer invoices yet as I haven't been in person and don't want to waste 3-4 hrs of time without having my ducks in a row first. Hope this helps a little bit with recommendations.

The 2015 is a much better value. The 2014 is a 2 year old truck!
That 2015 price is right around invoice before incentives, not worth arguing over too much. The 2014 is considerably less than invoice, but there are considerably less incentives - 3 grand worth.
