Back Up Camera

Does anyone know if the contrast of the backup camera image can be adjusted. My 2016 is bright enough but the picture is washed out.
No where as good as my 2010 was.

I have it booked in to my dealer for this and the weak beeps from the RSS Other wise I really like this truck.

I don't think there is. This is the first truck I've had with a backup camera and I love it. The camera is MUCH better than my wife's 2015 Malibu. I'm guessing you might have some type of issue. This may be dumb but is it possible there's a piece of protective film over the camera that hasn't been removed?

I don't want to thread jack, but see if we can answer a few questions at the same time. I'm looking for a hack to allow the camera to be on while driving. I haul 55 gallon drums routinely which blocks my rear view mirror.

you would lose complete interface with the radio/nav/SYNC controls if you did so.

OP, the washout is likely the culprit of the lens style. it's a fisheye lens, which takes in a lot of light. I'm not sure if there is a built in exposure/aperture device or not.

My camera is completely clear. It could be possible you have dirt or something on the lens. But if not I would take it in and have the dealer look at it.
