Auto High Beams

Just wondering if anyone else has had the auto highbeams turn on when in the city. The manual claims that the street lights should be enough to disable the high beams ... but I have them coming on in most street light situations. I talked to my service adviser, and he claims there is no adjustment possible.

I just had this happen last night. It was in the city, but more of a residential street so not as many lights. I wish they would program it so it is disabled unless you are going at least 45 mph.

easy fix

Turn your headlight switch off of "Auto" and it won't do it automatically. Manually turn on your headlights and shazamm....problem fixed.

Yes .. that will work ... but it doesn't fix the problem. The problem is just hidden. If I am paying for auto high beams, they should work. There should be a way to adjust the sensitivity, so they work correctly.
