Alignment Off-Dealer Cannot Correct

2015 F150 3000 miles on it. The alignment has gone off and never hit a pothole. Two times at the dealer and they cannot correct it. They have to do a live correspondence with ford to locate problem. Has anyone come across the same problem? Thanks

Have you tried a different dealer or an independent shop?

At 3k, how do you know your alignment is off anyhow? Steer wheel crooked?

I know that most leave a little bit of variance in the steering wheel. I know my steering wheel is ~1 to 2 degrees off IIRC to the left. I am more concerned with tire wear than my steering wheel being crooked. But some are annoyed by it.

Also, it would take a lot to mess up the steering on these trucks. I've hit some serious holes to the point where I thought my truck was going to break. Still steers and the alignment is fine. I do have my alignment checked about every 2 years. Nothing has needed to be adjusted since factory and my truck is an '07, and I don't think they've done much with the frame.

What alignment specs are out? camber? caster? toe-in can't possibly be out and not be capable of being adjusted back in spec.

Welcome to the forum, ASH! I'll escalate this to your regional customer service manager (CSM); they'll work with your dealer to straighten things out. Send me a private message (PM) with your full name, best daytime phone number, VIN, current mileage, and servicing dealership. Leave the rest to me.
