Looking to add a back up camera to my 4.2" display, Found online a camera that will attach via an oem connector , are all displays compatible with this connector?

Subscribing. Found this one that I would like to add. This will save me thousands in repairs over the years if I put it on the work truck that my guys will use every day. Also looking to see if anyone has done one of these or similar yet.
