K&N Air Filters and EcoBoost Direct Injection
It's common knowledge that the dirt & oil passed by a K&N air filter will gum-up throttle bodies, contaminate MAF sensors, and "dust" turbos. Now, with direct fuel injection, there is no fuel to clean the intake valves. Just imagine what using a K&N air filter will do to intake valves!
