Is this thing for real?? Also, no more limited slip at all?

Max tow is EB only.

 

The max payload option is the Heavy-Duty Payload Package. If that's what you want, it is available with the 5.0L.

If you want the Max Trailer Tow Package, that requires the top engine, same on the 2014s.

 

^ That's how the options and engines shake down for the '14s. I'd hope that wouldn't change for '15.

LS hasn't been available for a while, only the E-locker, so that's not available on a '14 either, IIRC.

 

LS is available on the 2014 heavy duty payload option, I just built one, as is the 5.0

Maybe it's the wording on the 2015 builder, I selected heavy duty payload, not max tow, or maybe it's broke

 

Huh, didn't know that. They're definitely pushing the e-locker though. I'd rather have the mechanical LS.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's messed up, cause it's almost hard to get to the '15 builder.

 

There are errors in the 2015 builder because it's not the official one from Ford. You can get HD Payload with a 5L. The only thing different is it will have the Elocker. If you are getting errors, check the order guide for availability as you use the builder.

Update: It's not an error. It was just the wording after you select HD Payload. It says do you want 3.5LEB or Trailer Tow. I selected Trailer Tow and was able to build a HD Payload with the 5L automatically chosen. I'll post the build in the B&P thread.
