11.9 is low for a fully charged battery. Get it fully charged and load tested. Load test the alternator too.

I am not a good one to ask, because I have not actually done this yet. I am very cautiously making desired mods. So far, I have not had to use ForScan or change As Built Data to make my most desirable mods. I think I will have to do that to change powerpoint time out, but have not gotten around to it yet.
