Transmission cooler question
Hello all, this is my first time posting so please bare with me here.
I have a 2015 ford f150 ecoboost 3.5 litre xlt. My truck has the tow package as far as the 3.55 locking rear end, the elec brake controls, and frame mounted tow hitch. However it didn't come with a aux trans cooler, just the "in tank" cooler.
I'm going to get in a few days the stock oem trans cooler for my make and model but i have questions about where to hook in the trans cooler lines. Do I keep the lines flowing to the radiator and into the cooler and then back to the trans or could i skip the radiator all together and just use the new aux cooler? Any help would be appreciate it thank you

Hey thanks for the reply i appreciate it
[QUOTE=Roadie;5234641]Use the radiator cooler. It will warm the fluid in the winter and help in the cooling in the summer. Adding a separate trans cooler in series will also help cool the engine because the trans fluid coming to the radiator is cooler than it would have been.[/QUOT
