Just driving in the city, I suddenly noticed that my brake pedal had gotten hard to press and that I wasn't slowing down very fast! Got out this morning and looked first thing at the vacuum canister on the master cylinder and sure 'nuff there was a vacuum line completely gone. I mean the rubber tubing had been ripper apart the stump was a jagged end clearly not cut. You can see that there was barely enough left to put in a 1/4-20 bolt just a few threads which cleared up that problem.
But when went to search for the rest of the hose couldn't find it anywhere so had no clue where the other end went. Looked for a schematic or some diagram online but no luck. I guess it's out on the road somewhere. Can anyone give me a clue where to put a replacement line, the check engine light came on and is still on so I know there's something still wrong. Thanks in advance...
