FORscan help for Headlamp issue

Hello,

I'm having an issue after disconnecting my 2013 f150's batteries ground to add a fuse tap to the interior fuse box for an accessory I was installing. My headlights are now staying on with the truck off. I've gone through a bunch of the trouble shooting and I'm pretty sure that I've messed up the program for the headlights. I was running FORscan after wiring my accessory to check for error codes and to disable TPM. I bought new tires mounted on stock rims and the sensors where not included. I'm not exactly sure how the programming changed but I feel like this is where my problem is.

I've replaced the turn signal. I needed to anyways because switching to HighBeam worked intermittently. I also disconnected the headlamp switch and lights still come on when I connect the battery. I read about blown fuses causing this but none found.

I'm letting my laptop charge a bit before running FORscan again. I'm hoping I can goto the HCM module and reload defaults if possible.

Any thoughts on what's causing this?
