P0353 misfire won’t clear

2010 5.4L throwing a p0353 code and running awful. Swapped coils and threw in new plugs and even new fuel injector . Problem still exists. Any help would be appreciated. Problem is still on cylinder 3.

A P35x DTC is not a misfire code, it's a coil electrical circuit fault (which will cause a severe misfire). You have a circuit fault with the #3 coil. Probably a connector, wiring, or PCM problem.

Starting to think it’s the PCM. Everything else seems to check out fine. Wiring isn’t open. Was able to ping it out to pin 55. Have never swapped a PCM before. Is that something you can just replace ?

You should have said that in the first place.

No. It requires programming, including PATS.
