Broken Tach Needle

I bought my 2012 Harley F150 about a month ago. When I got it, the Tach Needle is broken and laying inside of the cluster.

Ford (of course) only offers the entire cluster. I watched the youtube video on how to replace the needle. it seems pretty straight forward. But can't find the replacement needles anywhere... or an equivalent.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Are you sure it's broken and it just didn't come off? I can't image that it would be hard to fix with superglue or hotmelt...

I replaced the Gauge Face in my 2013 with the FX it was supposed to have (Canadian Truck so the Gauge Face was Generic when it was replaced and brought to US), unless the face has been change the needles themselves do not come off that easily. Is there what looks to be a metal pin in the needle or just plastic? The reason I asked if it has the pin in it the stepper motor is bad.
BTW when I did mine I bought a cluster off of EBay for way cheaper than the Face at Ford.
