I have a 2010 f150 xlt, the front turn signals won’t flash. My rear turn signals work fine. I replaced the bulbs and fuses.

 

I would get a meter and check the wiring.

 

Put the meter away. Scan the SJB for fault codes. A cheap scanner or code reader won't cut it. Forescan will.

This is a computer-controlled set of signals. You have to speak "computer" in order to diagnose it unless you just want to guess. Most likely, the SJB detected a fault and it's got those circuits shut down to prevent further damage.
