i have a 2014 f150 turned the defroster on and it sounds like the vent door is stuck
recorded the sounds any ideas

Time to start tearing the dash apart...

Fords have had lackluster vent control flappers and actuators since '04. My '07 needed to have the part replaced under a TSB.

solved i took the blower down and their was a piece of plastic 3/4 in long by 1/2 diameter no idea where it came from
