No start

I have a 2009 F150 that doesn't start UNLESS I put a straight wire in the port for the starter relay fuse goes. I've had the battery tested, starter tested and both are good. When i turn the key all i get is a humming sound but no other action. I replaced the relay fuse twice and there was no change. I drive it daily still but by going under the hood to put the straight wire in the fuse box. I can't figure out what else to do. Please help!!!

Have you replaced the relay itself?

Wire in the place of a fuse is high risk. Clean the wiring connections at the relay and anywhere else in the circuit(s).
