I have read a bunch but still am not sure on this. But can I take a 2v 5.4 out of an 02 f-150 and swap it in place of my 4.6 2v? My 4.6 is becoming more problematic than it’s worth. I had a plug slap the piston and don’t care to tear it apart to see how bad it is.

 

Not a direct swap. It can be made to work but there are a lot of electronic differences.
