Temperature blend door actuator

Which actuator controls the temperature? Mine clunks some times when I open the door. The temp control in the setting in the 70s is somewhat sprraatic as well. I'll turn it up or down and hear a clunk the same clunk when I open any door and Is it's like someone flipped a switch hot to cold. Or vice versa. Everyone is telling me it's the one behind the radio but I don't have constant clunks in full hot or cold. So Which one is it and is it difficult to get to? Also why is it moving when there is a door open and closed? And what's the nightmare one that the whole dash has to come out for? My truck is a 2013 with dual zone and auto temp.

Update: it definitely the driver's side actuator all the way up under the center console. It has a mind of it's own. Clunks the go hot or cold. Actuator is still functioning and not making a continuous clicking like complete fail ones. Is it starting to fail and needs replacement? Or is the door broken?

It's likely the gear in it stripping out so it will jump teeth. I've done the passenger side, not so bad, drivers side still good but watching videos, it sucks huge to get to. The actuator is just a motor with a small gear driving a big gear that has a tail that sticks into the door pivot. If the plastic gears lose a couple of teeth then it will be all over the map for location (won't know where it is) and will move or not move based only on the mood it's in at the time.
